Our annual maintenance packages are paid by bank transfer in two installments. For new contracts, we issue a proforma invoice for a 10% deposit, and the contract will take effect once the payment is received. For existing contracts, one installment is invoiced after the spring commissioning is completed, and the second installment after the winterization work is completed. Any repair work beyond the scope of the contract will be invoiced separately. For the purchase of high-value parts, we will issue an advance invoice.

The price includes labour for the services listed, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 site visits, the materials used during winterization (propylene glycol based, eco-friendly anti-freeze, dehumidifier cartridges), the basic cleaning agents and minor replacement parts used for sail maintenance, as well as the cleaning agents and lubricants. The sail maintenance covers one mainsail and one headsail. Collection and delivery of sails with a group delivery are not considered a separate site visit, and for multiple clients we will be flexible if the work can be co-ordinated.

The fee does NOT include the cost of repairs that can only be performed in a specialized workshop by a subcontractor (e.g., a sailmaker), the cost of impeller replacement parts, the material costs for oil service (oil, filters - these can vary significantly depending on the current operating hours, engine type, and manufacturer's specifications), or the maintenance of teak surfaces. After a personal assessment of the specific boat, we can of course provide a fixed price quotation, with the same discount applied to the general service packages.
